I am a Sr. Principal at eLoyalty (a Cisco Partner). The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent eLoyalty’s positions, strategies or opinions.

Since my work at eLoyalty is often subject to non-disclosure agreements with our Clients or involves eLoyalty intellectual property, I will rarely mention eLoyalty in my posts, and this blog will largely be focused on my personal experiences and the general observations about my industry. This is not to say that I will never link to publicly available information about eLoyalty, like press releases or financial results, but these types of posts will only constitute a small portion of this site.

I am proud of my work at eLoyalty and the many hours I have spent working with our valued Clients and Partners, including Cisco. I just don’t want my personal blog to interfere with my ability to do the job that puts food on my table.
